By engaging AtlanticSweep Chimney & Hearth Co. for service or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

AtlanticSweep provides power chimney sweeping, WETT inspections, video diagnostics, flue relining, and masonry restoration in Halifax and Nova Scotia. All work is conducted by certified WETT technicians in accordance with Canadian Building Codes.

2. Quotes & Billing

Preliminary quotes given online or over the telephone are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed following an initial physical evaluation. All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) plus applicable HST.

3. Cancellations & Access

A minimum of 24 hours' cancellation notice is required.
Customers must provide safe access to the hearth, clear working areas, and secure pets during operations.

4. Warranties

Sweeping services carry a HEPA dust-free guarantee. Masonry and lining systems include written manufacturer and labor warranties as specified in your job contract.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
